family time

During Christmas break, we decided to go goofy golfing. We have tried this lots of times, but with 5 little kids, it was a nightmare. They would climb all over everything, they would grab the balls and throw them, they would play swords with the golf clubs.... you get the picture. So we were a little reluctant to try it out again, but they did great and we had a fun time.

We all took turns starting with the youngest to oldest. Mr. Noah, who is very particular, was having a hard time because he couldnt roll the ball in perfect. It was a good game to teach him how to relax and have fun

Caleb was loving every minute of it. He is my child who is carefree and loves to have fun

Avery was actually very good at this little game. For the most part, she actually hit the ball with the club. The rest of the time, she just grabbed the ball and threw it in the hole =)

Tyson is my competitive one. He would get frustrated when he didnt win the hole. Lots of drama with that one!

And sweet Lani. She finally got the hang of it after about 10 holes. She was more interested in everything else but the game

Avery was hilarious. That girl is ALL dramatics. On this particualr hole, she could not for the life of her get the ball to go around. She is a bit OCD like Noah and wanted it to go just right.

It didnt.

She threw her club down and ran to another hole and sat down. When she calmed down, she came back and tried it again. We may have cheated a bit.

Shhhh...dont tell Avery

Her dramatics didnt last long when she realized that this cool dragon ate your ball

Its all very interesting!!

I think this will be a new family activity. Super fun!!
