Is there anything cuter than a chubby naked baby (a modest naked baby of course!!) I think Avery is the only baby i've had that loves bath time. We think she is the cutest thing. She is growing up way too fast for me.

FLASHBACK...

I dont know if anyone remembers this little phrase that used to be so popular back in the day, but apparantly it has come back. My 3 year old, Tyson, was playing in the playroom with Caleb, Bill came in and saw that the lid to a spray paint can he had just bought was gone. Bill asked tyson what happened to it and he said that Caleb (2) had sprayed it on the carpet. This is RED spray paint. Bill asked tyson to show him where Caleb had sprayed the carpet and Tyson took him to the rug and said it was underneath it. When Bill lifted it up, there was nothing there. Bill looked at Tyson and with a sheepish smile he yells, "PSYCH" Is it just me, or does that take you way back? And P.S. Tyson now thinks he is the funniest kid of all time.

Little Princess

She's a star in the making. Only two months old and already posing it up for the camera. These are Averys first pictures. It took me a while to make it to the studio, but it was soooo worth it. I am so happy with these. I took her to kiddie kandids. They always do such a good job. And those of you from the good ol 45th ward, Sara Carpenter was our photographer. I highly recommend her. Here is our sweet little baby girl.

NAP TIME

This is the funnies thing ever. Bill took the kids to home depot on Saturday, and probably in about 5 minutes, they both crashed. Now why cant they ever do that for me? Trips to the store usually consist of me yelling at them to stay by the cart. The funny thing about this is that right after they fell asleep, Bill ran into Brett Cunningham and in his cart, fast asleep, was his little boy Walker. What are the odds of that happening??

Bill's cousin Tusi (Deuce) plays for the Arizona Cardinals. He is always giving of his time to do special things for the kids in Arizona. Today (Saturday) he did a free kids camp at the cardinals training facility and the kids had lots of fun. They got free Pizza and shirts and hats. Lani wasnt dressed for the occasion, but I guess I should be thankful that she wants to look cute in her little summer dress and not in footbal gear like her brothers!! GO CARDINALS

Addicted to Blogging

Its official, I have become full on obsessed with this blog thing. Its one o'clock in the morning and I am so tired, but I cant stop. I still havent quite got the hang of it, but with each post I think I get a little better. This is so a work in progress-so bear with me. How much fun is this, though. I think I found myself a new hobbie.

Conference weekend at Grandma's

Since Grandma moved so far away, the 45 minute drive is almost too much to bear, so we stayed the weekend and watched conference withGrandma, Holly, Ana, and Tiare.

Tiare and Holly made up a scavenger hunt and led the kids on a mini adventure around the neighborhood. At the end each kid received their own goodie bag and Grandma gave the family a movie. Needless to say, the kids had so much fun.

I love Blessing day. Bill gave her such a beautiful blessing. Thankfully she was quiet as a mouse so I was able to hear it all. We are so blessed to have her in our family.

Avery Gwen Lomu

This is Averys first smile on camera

I had to post this because I think we all know that the first picture is never very cute.

Here are some cute pictures that we have taken of Avery along her short life of 10 weeks. She is so loved by her siblings (maybe a little too much) and she brings so much happiness into our lives. She is such a good baby. She has been sleeping through the night since 4 weeks old. This is something I have never experienced with my other kids. From the second she came out, she knew she was going to be a spoiled princess. I think she knows she is our last one and she has a right to act like one. From her perma scowl to her big doe eyes, she has her daddy wrapped around her little finger. We love her and are so glad she is here. Here are her stats...Born Feb. 8th 2007. Weighing in and 8 pounds 3 ounces and measuring 20 3/4 inches. At her 2 month Dr. appt. she weighed a whopping 13 pounds 8 ounces. Shes growing so fast. I have to remember to enjoy it while it lasts. They are terrible 2 before you know it.

I guess its about time!!

I guess it was only a matter of time until I gave in and joined the movement that is blogging. It didnt really seem all the difficult looking at everyone else's blog, but I was wrong. Im sure it will get easier as I go. This is our most recent family picture taken at christmas time. Its already outdated as we now have a new addition. This will probably be the only picture of me until I loose the baby weight. Im still working on Noahs, so it may be a while. Oh well, here goes......The many adventures of the Lomu Family!!!
